This is a tower of cupcakes with a small cake on top. Top cake is red velvet. The cupcakes are a combination of chocolate fudge, red velvet, and vanilla, filled with a white chocolate ganache and topped with a buttercream swirl and small red dot.

How much would you charge to have these for a wedding?
I am a stay at home mom of two boys, Landon and Mckoen, and I LOVE to bake and cook! I have recently had many requests to create a website to show off some of the cakes and other items I have done! Feel free to contact me at blackflour@yahoo.com for any questions or comments!!! Thanks for looking! :)
I have gotten many questions on recipes, etc, so here a few of my most common questions!
What is your recipe for fondant?
-I use one pound of mini marshmallows, 2T of water, 1T of clear vanilla extract, 1T of clear butter extract, 1/2 c of crisco, and 2 lbs of powdered sugar. Melt marshmallows, water and extracts in microwave, stirring every 20 seconds until completely melted. Attach to kitchen aide, use dough hook, pour in 2 lbs of p.s. and 1/4c of crisco. Allow to mix. Coat counter with remaining crisco, but save some for your fingers and hands to lather up! Kneed mixture like dough on counter until all powdered sugar clumps are gone. :)
