French Vanilla cake with buttercream filling and iced in buttercream. The steak and potato are french vanilla cake as well, covered in fondant and hand painted. The asparagus is fondant, hand painted and cut. 'Sourcream' on the potato is buttercream and the 'butter' is a square piece of fondant with yellow tinted corn syrup 'melting' off of it :) 'Pepper' on the steak is black sprinkles.
