I have gotten many questions on recipes, etc, so here a few of my most common questions!
What is your recipe for fondant?
-I use one pound of mini marshmallows, 2T of water, 1T of clear vanilla extract, 1T of clear butter extract, 1/2 c of crisco, and 2 lbs of powdered sugar. Melt marshmallows, water and extracts in microwave, stirring every 20 seconds until completely melted. Attach to kitchen aide, use dough hook, pour in 2 lbs of p.s. and 1/4c of crisco. Allow to mix. Coat counter with remaining crisco, but save some for your fingers and hands to lather up! Kneed mixture like dough on counter until all powdered sugar clumps are gone. :)

I got my sugar cookie recipe from a fellow baker whose blog is AMAZING! I'll link her: www.cookiecrazie.blogspot.com. Her cookies are amazing and she's amazingly talented.
